This is a good appetizer to have on hand over the holidays. It keeps well in the fridge, so you can make it ahead.
Combine all ingredients. Put into a covered container and refrigerate for 1 to 2 weeks before serving. The longer this is refrigerated, the stronger the “zip.” Drain and serve.
If you have something like a Food Saver, double or triple the recipe and “save” in quart jars in the refrigerator. It’s good to stockpile before Christmas so you’ll never run out over the holidays.
