This healthy and delicious dip is not just for chips. Try it on fajitas, wraps and sandwiches.
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, onion, cilantro and lemon juice. Cut the avocado into bite size chunks and incorporate into the bowl, being careful not to mash it up too much. Season to taste and make sure to refrigerate and wrap any leftovers with plastic wrap to reduce browning.
