Description

This warm yogurt bacon dip is the perfect appetizer for game day!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
  • ¾ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • Salt And Black Pepper
  • 1-½ cup Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 6 strips Bacon, Cooked Until Crisp And Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • Toasts Or Chips, For Serving

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400 F and spray a small baking dish with non-stick spray (I used a small oval baker but a standard size loaf pan could also work). Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder and a dash of salt and pepper until smooth. Add the cheese and most of the chopped bacon, reserving about a tablespoon to sprinkle on top after the dip has cooked. Spread it into the prepared dish.

Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top is bubbly and brown. Remove from heat and let it stand for a minute or two. Sprinkle the reserved bacon and parsley on top. Serve immediately with toasts. Enjoy!
