Description

A yummy take on Warm Crab Rangoon Dip.

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Crab Meat
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion
  • Chopped Chive (to Taste)
  • 16 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese, Preferably With Garden Vegetable Flavor
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry (or To Taste)
  • ½ teaspoons Lemon Juice

Preparation

1. Mix crab meat, onion, and chive.
2. In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients
3. Add crab/onion mixture in and stir lightly so that ingredients are mixed but crab meat does not fall apart to much.
4. Pour into baking dish.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF.
6. Put under broiler until top is slightly crisp and bubbly.
