You can’t go wrong with brie and caramel!
Note: I am not sure you can find habanero caramel in the store. I have a friend who sells it. See my blog for information. I am sure this would be just as good with regular caramel.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Carefully slice the skin off the brie.
Unroll crecsent rolls and press them together to make a square. Place brie on top of rolls. Spread caramel on top of brie.
Wrap dough around the brie. You may need to slice off extra dough.
Place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
