These vegetarian wings are better than the real thing: hot, spicy and saucy!
Preheat oven to 425ºF and lightly grease a rimmed cookie sheet.
Drain seitan and toss with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Transfer seitan to baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Stir, return to oven for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine hot sauce, butter, honey, remaining garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small saucepan over low heat. When butter is melted, remove from heat.
When seitan is cooked, add to the hot sauce. Mix, and stir to coat. Shake off excess hot sauce mix and return to baking sheet. Bake another 5 minutes, remove from oven and enjoy with your fave dip!
