A cold tuna dip, great with Fritos and crackers.
Drain tuna cans thoroughly and empty tuna into a bowl. Dice the onion and add (to taste) to the bowl.
Place room temperature cream cheese in the bowl and mix everything together thoroughly. Cover, and place in the refrigerator for a while. I prefer this dish really cold, but it can be eaten right after preparation.
Eat with Fritos, or crackers as a stiff dip. The onion can come across quite strongly, so experiment with it as needed.
