A great snack for movie-watching!
In a pot with a lid (I use a Dutch oven), add oil to coat the bottom. Heat oil over medium high heat. Once oil is hot (you can test it by adding one popcorn kernel—when it pops, the oil is ready), pour popcorn kernels in and place lid on. I always shake the pot back and forth gently until I hear the popping begin. Listen closely. When popping really slows down, remove from heat. Do not burn the popcorn.
Transfer immediately to a large bowl. Sprinkle with truffle salt, mix and enjoy!

Hi Thao, many people think of truffle only as in oil. Not so, it is readily available (here in Florida-at least). I use it sparingly- the old “adage” less is better”. Thanks my friend. Enjoy! Cheryl

I have never had truffle, but it’s something I would/want to like. I didn’t know there was such a thing as truffle salt, but I’m loving the sound of this popcorn!
