These are a family favorite. They are just plain amazing!
Mix all of the ingredients (except tortillas) together thoroughly. Divide the filling and spread evenly over tortillas, going up to the edge. Roll tortillas and refrigerate for several hours before cutting. Cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Lay pinwheels on a serving plate surrounding a bowl of salsa.
You will wish you made a double batch, they’ll be gone in 2 seconds! YUM!

I have this same recipe. It is my daughters favorite, whenever a snack is needed these are her choice.
