Tomato Salsa Sautéed in White Wine: A super healthy salsa with a small twist – the tomatoes and garlic are sautéed in white wine for a mild, sophisticated salsa.
1. Add the white wine, tomatoes and garlic cloves to a pan. Simmer over medium-low heat until the white wine has evaporated, flipping over the tomatoes as they cook.
2. Add the tomatoes, garlic and the rest of the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Puree until it has the consistency you like. I leave mine a bit chunky. You can serve it right away or store it in a glass jar or plastic container.
