There are many versions of this dip, but this one is my family’s favorite. It is jazzed up with a little cinnamon and nutmeg. My kids will lick the bowl clean!
Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Stir in toffee bits. Serve with apple slices.
Cook’s note: If you want to keep the apples from turning brown mix with some lemon juice or give them a quick soak in pineapple juice.

Made this tonight too and rating it 4 instead of 5 only because when made exactly as recipe states it was almost too thick to scoop with apple slices. Looked darker, thicker and more “loaded” with toffee than your picture but it was definitely delicious. May thin more next time.
