toasted pita chips great with any dip!
Cut your pita breads into eighths for wedges (half then half then half again).
Using as much or little oil as you want/need….
Mix seasonings into the oil and brush over wedges (both sides).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Toast wedges on a cookie sheet 5-6 minutes on first side. Then flip and toast for another minute or two till golden brown.
Enjoy with your choice of dip!
