Why not use up any stale baguette or French bread you may have on hand instead of buying thos expensive little bags of pita or bagel chips? Takes only minutes and has a very short ingredient list. Economical and healthy. Serve with Roasted Garlic and Cannelli Bean Hummus. Delish!
1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. Slice stale bread into ¼” slices. Put into a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add a couple of pinches of kosher salt. Spread out over a large cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Serve with your favorite dip.

I use a variety of seasonings along with the salt! This is delicious!
