Description

This is a staple in my family, and I make it at least once a month, whether it’s for a big sports game or a barbecue. The best part is it is so easy. Just three ingredients and a crock pot!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Chili (One With Beans, One Without)
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Mexican Cheese

Preparation

*Put all of the items in the crock pot in that order (chili first, then cream cheese and then the Mexican cheese). As silly as it sounds, I’ve done it in a different order and it’s burned.
*Do not stir right away. You need to let it sit and heat in the crock pot for about 3 hours before you stir it. I put it on low in the crock pot for a total of about 6 hours. After the first 3 hours, I stir it. Then I stir it once an hour from there until I get to the 6 hour mark.

Serve with chips and enjoy!

NOTE: If you’re serving this for a bigger party, just double the directions. You cannot go wrong with this stuff!
