Super easy but delicious layer dip my college roommates and I used to make probably once a week (and would promptly devour in a matter of minutes)! So good, it came to be known simply as “The Dip.”
Spread refried beans in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish or baking pan. Mash avocados till smooth and spread on top of beans.
Mix together mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning, then spread on top of guacamole. Spread shredded cheese on top. Top with diced tomato and sliced black olives.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
Such a simple dip to make, but it’s always a hit and disappears in minutes!

Best dip everrrrr!!!! We need to make this soon…it’s been what, like 3 weeks?? Anyone else reading this, I am crysi666’s sister and one of the mentioned roommates, so I can personally attest to this recipe being the best ever.

Yeah we switch it up from time to time, too…sometimes if the avocados aren’t ripe we use pre-made guacamole, and it’s great with the spicy kind! Glad you enjoyed it!

This is great! And it was gone fast. I used fat free refried beans and may try the spicy fat free next time! Thanks!
