There are cheese dips and there are cheese dips………….I’ve been making this incredible spicy sausage cheese dip for many years now; and every time I make it people ask me for the recipe. pAnd it’s so easy to make!
Cook sausage and set aside; drain excess fat.
Meanwhile, in a pan over stove heat the 3 cans of Rotel. Bring to a simmer and then add the diced cheese.
Stir continuously until all cheese is melted and then add the sausage.
That easy! Serve w/chips of your choice.
