A meat and cheese dip that goes great on tortilla chips.
1. Start browning ground beef. Stir as needed while making cheese sauce.
2. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
3. Whisk in flour to make a roux.
4. Add chicken broth. Whisk together with roux until smooth. Bring up to boil to thicken.
5. After meat is browned, drain the grease and add taco seasoning packet according to directions on package.
6. Add cream to chicken broth and roux mixture.
7. Melt in the entire container of cheese to the sauce mixture, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
8. Once meat is finished, add to cheese sauce.
9. Dish up and serve with tortilla chips.
