Warning: you may wind up eating the entire bowl all by yourself!
Cut avocados in half, remove seed, dig out the “meat” and place in bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over them and add salt. With a potato masher, smash avocados until semi-smooth. I like my guac lumpy, so mash until you get your desired consistency.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
The lemon juice not only makes it tangy and yummy, but it keeps the avocados from turning brown. Even leftovers the next day will be surprisingly green!
