Description

Delicious, easy stuffed jalapenos.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sausage, Browned And Drained
  • 8 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 18 whole Jalapenos

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix cooked and drained sausage with cheeses. A fork works great.

Cut off the stem end of all of the jalapenos. Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Use a spoon and deseed the jalapeno halves.

Spoon cheese and sausage mixture into cleaned jalapeno halves. Place on a foil-covered baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve warm or cold.

unlike Sweetwater – not a fan of the bacon wrapping so am anxious to try this variant.

these were good but I prefer the bacon wrapped style better, just more botta bing.

These were great. I had mini sweet peppers (the ones that come in a bag from Sam’s) so I used them. To make up for the heat..I used zesty sausage and added some red pepper flakes. Thank you much for sharing the recipe…definitely a keeper!
