Easy and quick.
Place onion, garlic, jalapeno and cilantro in a food processor and pulse until minced evenly.
Add avocado (no skin or pit), lime juice and seasoning. Pulse until avocado is mashed but still a bit lumpy. Empty into a bowl.
Quarter the tomato, removing the stem, and put into the food processor. Pulse until it has same consistency as your favorite salsa.
Scrape tomatoes with any remaining avocado mixture left in the processor into the bowl with avocado mixture, and stir.
