Bring a different type of appetizer to the Thanksgiving party. Steamed stuffed vegetables with some Asian flair. Why not?
In a small bowl combine ground pork, green onion, salt and oyster sauce. Mix until combined. Stuff veggies with the pork mix. Using your thumb break off the top piece of the tofu puff so that it’s like a lid hanging off and stuff the tofu with the pork as well, replacing the tofu lid on top. Steam for 15 minutes on high heat in a steaming basket.
