This has the taste of butter combined with the crispness of asparagus and garlic.
Put water in a steamer and let it boil. Wash the asparagus then sprinkle with the salt to steam about 3 minutes (half-cooked is much better). Chop the garlic and fry until it becomes golden brown. Melt the butter and set it aside. When asparagus is steamed, put it in a plate, drizzle the butter over and garnish with fried garlic.
