Sriracha Honey Brussels Sprouts are crispy and coated with a delicious sweet and spicy sauce. Perfect side dish for any meal! 3 SmartPoints (WW) per serving.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Wash Brussels sprouts and remove any discolored outer leaves. Cut stem off Brussels sprouts, then cut in half.
In a medium bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Spray baking sheeting with non-fat cooking spray and place Brussels sprouts on pan in a single
layer. Roast for 25 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
While Brussels sprouts are roasting, in a small bowl, mix honey and Sriracha until well-combined. Once Brussels sprouts are done roasting, transfer to a medium bowl, drizzle Sriracha honey sauce and toss to coat. Top with a drizzle of Sriracha if desired.
