Description

If you’re craving this dip, I would definitely suggest making this recipe. Just stir everything together, transfer to a baking dish and toss it in the oven. You’ll be able to enjoy this gooey, tasty dip in just under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cups Romano Cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic, Peeled And Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Chopped
  • ½ cups Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Fully Drained Of All Water
  • ¼ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2) Lightly grease a baking dish. The size of the dish depends on how thick or thin you want the dip to be.

3) In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, garlic powder (or garlic salt), salt and pepper (to taste).

4) Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

5) Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.

6) Bake for 25 minutes or until bubly and lightly browned.

Serve with toasted French bread bites, Frito Lay scoops or tortilla chips.
