Chipotle peppers add a nice smoky and spicy flavor to this guacamole.
Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit, scoop the flesh out with a spoon, and place into a bowl. Mash with a fork to your desired consistency. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together. This can be served immediately or made an hour ahead of time. If making ahead of time, place a layer of Saran wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation, and place into the fridge.
