This easy pate recipe takes minutes to make, but packs the punch when it comes to flavor. It showcases a true South African ingredient: snoek!
Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blitz until it is a smooth paste. Taste and season accordingly. If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk just to loosen it up. At this stage you can spoon the pâté into ramekins and serve with melba toast or crackers or serve this Pâté as a starter with some crisp lettuce.
