Description

Smoked Salmon Spread Bites. Makes 2 cups spread.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE DIP:
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
  • ½ cups Sour Cream Or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Hot Sauce, Optional
  • 4 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • FOR SERVING:
  • Crackers
  • 3  Mini Cucumbers, Sliced Into Thin Rounds
  • More Smoked Salmon, Cut Into Small Pieces

Preparation

For the smoked salmon dip:
In a food processor (blender), combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce. Pulse a few times, until combined.

Add salmon pieces and dill and pulse 2 or 3 more times to combine. Add more salt and black pepper if needed.

Refrigerate, if you are not using right away.

For the cracker bites:
Add ½ tablespoon dip to each cracker. Top with cucumber and a small piece of smoked salmon. Serve and enjoy!
