This slow cooker four-cheese dip is so easy to make. Just leave it alone and let the crockpot do its thing! It’s perfect for football season or any potluck occasion!
1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to combine. Put the lid on.
2. Cook on low for 2-4 hours, stirring every 45 minutes or so, until cheese has melted and you’re ready to serve.
3. Serve dip with crackers, chips, or crostini (I used tortilla chips). I recommend leaving the dip in the slow cooker on low heat while you serve the dip, to keep the cheese nice and melted.
Note: This is a great dip to experiment with! Make it your own by adding cream cheese, roasted peppers, or any other goodies you’ve got lying around.
