A Greek garlicky creamy dip for pita chips or veggies that can be made 2 ways (one way with potatoes and garlic). The way I prefer is a quick way with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and garlic.
In a medium bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and garlic. Taste! Remember that the garlic will become more pronounced the longer it sits (I make mine a day or 2 prior to me wanting it.) But it will give you a baseline if you want more. If you would like, you can add a teaspoon of lemon juice to make it tangy.
