For the late night crowd! Great as an appetizer too.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Liberally grease a 12-inch cast iron skillet with oil or cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, add hash brown potatoes, flour, egg yolks, salt and black pepper; stir well. Transfer to prepared skillet and use a spatula to pat the mixture down. Place in the oven and bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheeses, and return to oven. Bake 8–10 minutes more.
Warm marinara sauce in microwave for 1–2 minutes. Using two spatulas, loosen hash brown pizza from skillet and slide onto a cutting board. Garnish with fresh chopped basil or parsley. Cut into wedges, plate, and serve.
