These super simple spicy garlic sautéed shrimp are perfect when you don’t have the energy to fix a complicated meal but still want something great.
Heat oil in 2 pans (or one batch at a time–don’t crowd the shrimp because it will cause them to steam rather than sauté). For each batch, add pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side. Near the end of cooking period for shrimp, add garlic to pan.
Once shrimp is done, stir with garlic briefly, season to taste, and remove from pan. Give yourself a high five and enjoy!
