Description

Raspberries? Good. Something cool and fresh to complement the endless supply of Christmas cookies? Good. Another way to feed my cream cheese frosting addiction? Good.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Fresh Raspberries (5.6 Oz Each)
  • ¼ cups Butter, Room Temperature
  • ¼ cups Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Gently rinse the raspberries and place them on a stack of folded paper towels to dry.

To prepare the frosting, cream together the butter and cream cheese. Add the vanilla and beat in the powdered sugar a little at a time.

Pipe frosting into the cavity of each raspberry.

Refrigerate before serving.
