A tasty warm dip for veggies, crackers, or nice fresh bread.
Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in small skillet.
Add 1 minced large garlic clove and cook over moderate heat until golden.
Add ¼ cup of minced sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until heated through.
Remove skillet from heat.
Off the heat, stir in 6 oz. soft goat cheese, 3 oz. soft cream cheese and freshly ground pepper.
This can be made with low fat cream cheese.

I just made this and it’s great. I made it and two other dips and am taking them as an appetizer with pita chips, baguettes and a variety of crackers to a large gathering this evening.
