So easy, and so good! Serve to party guests, enjoy as a snack or give them to someone as a little gift.
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well to coat the nuts in the oil and spices. Season with pepper.
Place on the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10–15 minutes at 180ºC (355ºF) or until lightly golden. Toss the tray once or twice during the cooking time. Take care not to burn them.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
