These tasty toasted pecans have a litte bit of sweet and a little kick of spice. They’re great for gifts, holidays or just to eat by the hand full.
Heat oven to 350F.
Roast the pecans on a baking sheet for about 12 minutes, stirring at half way. Watch closely so they don’t burn.
In the meantime, mix all remaining ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl.
Transfer warm pecans from sheet into a large bowl. Add in olive oil and stir to coat nuts. Then sprinkle on seasoning and stir again. Allow to cool completely then store in an air tight container.
