A simple, sinful appetizer. Also great with a cup of soup or a salad.
In a pan, sautee bacon, sausage and chopped onions together until done.
In a food processor (or bowl), combine the bacon mixture with the olives and the cream cheese. Mix until well-combined.
Open the can of cresent rolls and take the entire contents and carefully roll out onto a cutting board. Take care NOT to break the sheet of dough into individual rolls. Once rolled out, it should look like a batch of cinnamon roll dough. It will be one flat rectangle.
Take the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly over the dough. Start to roll the entire rectangle just as you would cinnamon rolls. After rolling is complete, you will have what looks like a log. Cut the log into slices and lay the slices on a cookie sheet (parchment-lined is best).
Put the cookie sheet into a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Check to see that they are nicely browned. Enjoy.
