Cheesy, sausage-y yumminess
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cook sausage and drain. Add all other ingredients to sausage.
Place wonton wrappers in mini muffin pan – shape into cups.
Place wonton wrappers in oven for 7-8 minutes or until wraps are lightly golden brown. Remove from oven.
Place a spoonful of sausage mixture into each wonton shell.
Bake an additional 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes about 48 appetizers.

I know these are fabulous! I was just fixing to download my recipe, but thought I’d better check to see if it was already on here. Ha. It seems everything I want to add is already on here! The only thing different on my recipe is I use a chopped red pepper instead of the pimentos. It would be easier to use the pimentos. I’ll have to try it that way.

These are fabulous and so addictive. They are easy to make but a little time consuming to get the wontons in the cups and then baked. I have the Pampered Chef tamper gadget which helps to get the wontons shaped nicely.
