My grandma made these every year for Christmas. They are so good and you can freeze them for later use. In fact, after my grandma passed away, we found a batch of these in her freezer. We cooked them the next Christmas.
Combine all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes until golden brown. (To freeze for later use, layer uncooked balls on wax paper in an airtight container.)

Ohhhh, how sentimental (emotional!) it would be to be eating her precious morsels. Recipes can really bring people back with us in a sweet way, yes?
