A simple baked salmon that is used for a great appetizer or snack by using leftover bread and turning it into a great crostini. Perfect for appetizers or as a snack.
Once your bread is lightly toasted, rub the clove of garlic on the bread to infuse the garlic onto the toast.
Spread on the cream cheese. Top with flaked salmon, then red onions, and fresh dill. Plate and serve.
