Hands down my favorite appetizer! Easy assembly and pretty presentation. Fresh herbs are a must, sometimes dry just doesn’t cut it and this is one of those times.
Combine cream cheese, fresh herbs, lemon juice and salt. Divide filling between salami slices, roll tightly, squeeze and smooth cream cheese evenly to the ends of the salami roll.
Slice each salami roll in half and refrigerate until serving time. Set up on a pretty platter with a sprig of parsley on top and watch them disappear.

I have been making these for almost 40 years and they continue to be a hit at any get together and they are so very simple to make (and can be made ahead).
