These moreish roasted almonds are flavoured with rosemary and paprika. They’re also vegan and gluten-free!
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until almonds are well-coated.
4. Spread almonds onto baking sheet in one layer.
5. Bake almonds for 25 minutes.
6. Let almonds cool, then store in an airtight container.
