This recipe is super easy, a good source of protein, and makes for a perfect and healthy snack. They go fast, trust me. You may want to double or triple the recipe.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain, rinse and dry chickpeas. In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, curry powder and salt. On a baking sheet, spread chickpeas out evenly. If you want to sprinkle more curry powder and salt, go for it. Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing them occasionally. Let cool before you enjoy!
Great snack to pack for traveling!

Great recipe…I’ve done it before using Garam Masala. Great Snack!
