Description

These Roasted Cinnamon and Nutmeg Almonds are filled with sweet flavors that pack an irresistible taste!

Ingredients

  • 1  Egg White
  • 2 cups Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • Dash Of Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300ºF. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat egg white until frothy. Add almonds and stir to coat. Set aside.

In a small bowl, stir white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add sugar mixture to almonds and toss to coat.

Spread almonds in an even layer on prepared baking pan. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until almonds are lightly toasted. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
