Easy, tasty raspberry chipotle dip.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it just until it’s soft. Mix the Monterey Jack cheese with it.
Place black beans in the bottom of an 8×8 oven-safe dish. Spread evenly. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on top of the beans. Spread the raspberry chipotle sauce evenly on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until sides are bubbly. Serve warm. Cover and refrigerate the leftovers. Can be served cold.
