Cream cheese filled appetizer.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Add red pepper, celery, onions and olives; mix well. Spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll up the tortilla tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once it’s chilled, slice tortillas into half-inch pieces. Lay the slices out flat so the colors of the pepper and celery show. It’s a pretty appetizer, especially for the holidays.
