A crispy lightly salty chip for snacking!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Using a basting brush, baste both sides of each tortilla with oil. Lightly sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides of the tortilla. Lightly sprinkle ramp salt on both sides of the tortilla. Repeat process with desired amount of tortillas.
Place on ungreased baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until tortillas puff and brown, flip and repeat.
Remove from oven and let tortillas cool on rack. Break into irregular sized pieces. Enjoy! The crisps can also be served with your favorite salsa.
Note: if ramp salt is not available, onion or garlic salt can be substituted.
