Cream, onion and a little bit of bacon on a tortilla wrap for when you need something quickly. Use creme fraiche instead of my cream mixture to make it even faster.
Grill bacon rashers until crispy.
Spread the onion relish over a tortilla wrap.
In a blender, mix cream, lime juice and butter until stiff. Spoon over the onion relish.
Cut the onion into thin crescents and lay gently on the cream mixture.
Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
Once the bacon is cooked, allow it to cool slightly. Using scissors, snip it over the pizza and move the pizza to the oven. Cook at 180ºC (360ºF) for about ten minutes, checking on it regularly. Serve.
