This recipe is fun, easy and the presentation is perfect for a dinner party. Paleo, AIP and gluten-free.
Slice the cucumber into ¼ inch thick rounds and place on a plate. Top each cucumber round with a smoked oyster. Zest the lemon and sprinkle the lemon zest on top of the oysters. Squeeze lemon juice over the oysters. Top with pickled ginger carrots. Top with a small sprig of fresh dill.
