Smooth and creamy. The most incredible white cheese dip, just like you find in Mexican restaurants.
Toss all ingredients into a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 to 10 minutes, stopping to stir after every minute. (Make the dip spicier by adding more chopped jalapeno/juice.) It does get spicier with each reheat.
Excellent as a warm dip or spooned over your favorite Mexican dish.
Note: I ask for a block of white American cheese at the deli counter.
Store any leftover cheese dip in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until creamy and hot.
