Easy, tasty hot appetizer using prosciutto & asparagus.
Heat over to 425.
Grease cookie sheet with olive oil.
Wash and dry asparagus, trim bottom.
Smear one piece of prosciutto with small amount of cream cheese.
Wrap one spear of asparagus with prosciutto, cream cheese on the inside.
Place spear on cookie sheet.
Repeat till all spears are wrapped.
Sprinkle spears with 1/2 of the Parmesan and pepper.
Place in oven for 7 minutes.
Turn spears after 7 minutes, add remaining Parmesan.
Bake 8 more minutes.
Serve hot.

My mom made these before Easter dinner — they were INHALED. I’m going to make them tonight for a dinner party!
